GLP·Fasting

Privacy policy

The short version: we run no ads, set no tracking cookies, and sell nothing — including your data. Here is the long version.

Effective July 13, 2026

Who we are

GLP Fasting (glpfasting.com) is an independent educational publication about GLP-1 medications and intermittent fasting. For anything in this policy, contact hello@glpfasting.com.

What we collect

Newsletter email. The Slow Letter has not launched yet. When you use the signup form today, we check that the address is valid and then discard it — nothing is stored, and no email is sent. When the newsletter does launch, we will collect your address solely to send you the letter through an email provider, with an unsubscribe link in every issue; we will never sell, rent, or share it, and we will update this policy before we begin.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically records standard technical logs when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and operations. These logs are governed by Vercel’s privacy policy.

Nothing else. We do not run advertising, analytics trackers, or social-media pixels, and we do not set tracking cookies. Reading this site requires no account and no personal information.

Cookies

The site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first and prefer a cookieless, privacy-preserving option.

Third-party links

Our guides and journal link to outside sources — medical journals, regulators, and news organizations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@glpfasting.com. We will honor the request promptly. (Today, because the newsletter has not launched, we hold no mailing list — but this right applies fully once it does.)

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. See also our terms of use and medical disclaimer.
